Oczekujemy
- proven experience as an Office and HR Administrator/Coordinator or in other HR-related roles
- fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is required
- demonstrable knowledge of Human Resources metrics and practices
- excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- basic understanding of labor law and HR best practice
- strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across various divisions
- proactive attitude with a natural drive to solve problems and address office-related challenges
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- a commitment to continuously improving office and HR processes
- customer-oriented mindset (both internal and external)
- professional phone etiquette and polished communication style

Zadania
- manage office supplies, including ordering stationery and groceries
- welcome visitors and serve as the primary contact in the office
- coordinate with building management, cleaners, tradespeople, and contractors to address maintenance or issues promptly
- oversee office maintenance tasks, including lighting, plumbing, and other facilities.
- review supplier contracts regularly to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- manage parking allocations in line with lease agreements
- maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, meeting rooms, and shared spaces
- order business cards and manage related administrative tasks
- organize appointments, conferences, and meetings, including room management
- act as the first point of contact for local HR inquiries
- support onboarding by processing new hire paperwork and assisting with communications
- assist with offboarding processes and employee benefits programs
- ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- provide support for recruitment processes
- organize worldwide training sessions for various entities.
