The job: 
We are seeking an experienced Corporate & Compliance to oversee our companys corporate governance, compliance programs. This multi-faceted role requires a professional with a strong background in legal and regulatory compliance and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will ensure our business operations adhere to legal standards and internal policies.


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field.
  • Proven experience corporate management, or compliance roles (min experience of 3 years).
  • Prior legal background/experience is a plus. 
  • Strong understanding of KYC regulations and compliance standards
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • English language at proficiency level.

The job: 
We are seeking an experienced Corporate & Compliance to oversee our companys corporate governance, compliance programs. This multi-faceted role requires a professional with a strong background in legal and regulatory compliance and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will ensure our business operations adhere to legal standards and internal policies.

,[Corporate Management: , Maintain up-to-date records of all companies within the Group. , Monitor and report on significant changes. , Liaising with local Agents for the purpose of license renewal, obtention of new licenses, certifications, annual due-diligence updates, opening of new legal entities., Arranging legalization and Attestation of various documents by lawyers, notary public, governmental authorities. , Prepare drafts of various documents (including but not limited to board resolutions, POA’s, minutes of meetings, etc). , Filling in bank account opening forms for companies within the Group. , Assisting in strategic planning and implementation. , Liaising with Lawyers on various corporate matters (if and when necessary) , Compliance: , Register the company with suppliers/producers, and keep all records updated to ensure compliance at all times. , Take charge of clients onboarding processes from a KYC perspective. , Ensure all procedures are in line with regulatory requirements. , Facilitate compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. , Develop and implement governance standards and practices. , Prepare for and coordinate board meetings with the board of directors and senior management.
