As a person you are looking for a long term position. You do not mind being a bit of the office octopus, taking care of both a range of reoccurring tasks as well as day-to-day ad hoc situations.
We will train you to single handedly take care of many of our most important administrative tasks, both related to our Szczecin branch and the corporation as a whole. In time, for the right candidate you will also become involved in multiple tasks and projects working with our Support team, as well as directly with Management. No two days will be the same!
Opis stanowiska
The Position (examples):- Managing office
- Arranging company events
- Dealing with Polish authorities, suppliers
- Managing real estate assets
- Assisting MGT & Support with ongoing tasks
- Internal controller tasks
- Relations with foreign suppliers, world wide
- Limited invoicing tasks
- Limited bookkeeping tasks (training will be provided)
- Debitor follow-up
Wymagania
- Relevant education or training (administration, accounting, finance), and/or at least 3 years experience.
- English skills, written/spoken
- Organised and tidy. Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experienced with MS:Office or similar
