 As a person you are looking for a long term position. The position involves all round administrative tasks related to our Szczecin branch and the corporation as a whole. For the right candidate, you will also become involved in multiple operations and projects working with other teams, as well as directly with Management. 



No two days will be the same!



Opis stanowiska
  • Dealing with Polish authorities, suppliers
  • Managing real estate assets
  • Assisting MGT & colleagues with ongoing projects
  • Internal controller tasks
  • Relations with foreign suppliers, world wide
  • Limited invoicing tasks
  • Limited bookkeeping tasks (training will be provided)
  • Debitor follow-up
  • Managing office / supplies
  • Co-arranging company events


Wymagania
  • Relevant education or training (administration, accounting, finance), and/or at least 3 years experience.
  • English skills, written/spoken
  • Organised and tidy. Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experienced with MS:Office or similar
