Office Administration Junior Specialist

(on-site position)

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of the main reception
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Support in the administration area
  • Daily support for department managers and employees
  • Supporting team events and employee-oriented actions

Minimum Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2) and Polish (native)
  • Immediate availability to start
  • Availability for an office-based job
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Administrative experience, preferably in an international and multicultural organization will be an asset
