Office Admin



Your responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the HR department on personnel administration.
  • Collaborating with Marketing team
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings and company events.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Record keeping and filing of documents.
  • Managing office supplies, including ordering office supplies.
  • Supporting the team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining order in the office and taking care of the aesthetics of the office space.

Our requirements

  • Experience in a similar position (minimum 1 year).
  • Knowledge of English at a communicative level, minimum B2.
  • Very good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High personal culture and commitment to assigned duties.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and multitask.
  • Initiative and independence of action.
