As a part of our IT Operations team, you will administrate, operate, and support tasks related to Office 365 services. responsibilities : Design and implement business solutions using the Share Point platform. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver new solutions. Conduct business analysis to understand and address business needs. Provide operational support for Share Point Online. Troubleshoot and resolve Share Point technical issues. Support the migration of Share Point to Share Point Online. Serve as 2nd/3rd line support for Share Point solutions. Automate existing manual processes using Power Shell, Azure Runbooks, and Power Automate. requirements-expected : 5 years of professional experience in the IT field. At least 3 years of experience managing Share Point Online. University degree in IT or a related field. Proven experience in creating Share Point sites based on business requirements. Skilled in gathering and analyzing business requirements, estimating project implementation efforts, and managing project tasks. Ability to work independently to deliver solutions and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and suggesting viable options. Strong hands-on experience in creating Share Point solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps. Proficiency in Power Shell scripting and knowledge of the Pn P Power Shell framework.
