We are seeking a skilled Observability Engineer (Site Reliability Engineer) to join our team. This role involves enhancing and extending an existing observability product currently deployed in production, managing high volumes of data. The person in this role will contribute to functional and technical analyses, design integration patterns, and support the rollout of the product to new clients.

Extend and develop the observability product to meet evolving client needs.
Conduct functional and technical analysis of new requirements related to observability solutions.
Design integration patterns to support product deployment and scalability.
Support the rollout of the observability product to new clients, ensuring smooth adoption and performance.
requirements-expected :
Demonstrated understanding of observability concepts and practices.
Proven experience with OpenTelemetry instrumentation and data collection.
Practical knowledge of monitoring systems, specifically Grafana and Prometheus.
Experience working within Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) frameworks.
Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of two days per week onsite in Warsaw.
