Job Description

o9 Project Manager is accountable for end-to-end project management of o9 deployment in the region. The role requires extensive experience in managing and delivering complex, global, multi-phase SAP enterprise or O9 engagements.

How You Will Contribute

• Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end project delivery within the S4o9 transformation program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between Regional o9 and Product / Global o9 workstreams and partner teams, ensuring clear communication driving decisions and requirements.
• Team Management: Build and motivate effective teams across internal and external partners.
• Reporting: Establish and maintain governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability on project deliverables throughout the transformation process.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the transformation project, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Strategic Thinking: Align project outcomes with organizational goals and adapt to evolving priorities.

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years of experience in Digital and Business Transformation Projects and Project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering projects using recognized Project Management Methodologies – Waterfall, SAFe, Scrum, Prince2, etc. Knowledge and experience of MDLZ TGM would be ideal.
• Technical expertise with o9 software, advanced proficiency with Project Management Tools and JIRA, and comprehensive understanding of SAP Activate Methodology – release management, DevOps methodology, Data Migration, Testing and Cut‑over Management. Familiarity with SAP RISE deployment is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire project teams and drive successful project outcomes. Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Education / Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field. Project Management Certification from industry accredited bodies – PMP, Agile/Scrum, etc.
