  • Manage the O365 Service Desk project, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they meet technical and business goals.
  • Handle project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively.
  • Provide technical support and create essential project documentation.
  • Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with Enterprise Technology and Security Standards.

requirements-expected :


  • Fluency in German and strong English skills.
  • Proven experience in IT project management, especially with O365.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
  • Relevant degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
