Be the point of contact for external and internal communications
Standard run operation
Work on Windows & Apple phones for M365 / O365 support
Incident/ problem/ change/ SR
Alignment with client
Doing health checks for the systems

Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
requirements-expected :
7-10 years MS Office/ M365 / O365 knowledge
Administrative knowledge in M365 / O365 technology
Good communication, presentation, reporting and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Microsoft Windows skills
English and German language is must have
