Overview
YOUR TASKS
- Participate (or lead if less complex) in the process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Consultants and Transformation Managers in successful development of agreed project deliverables for internal as well as for external Clients
- Participate (or lead if less complex) in the projects that may be related to: target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, training delivery, change management and similar
- Apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking, ESOAR, 5 Senses of Intelligent Automation) to the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes
- Operate at the level of Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor for client within the area of expertise. Keep abreast of technology developments, their strengths and weaknesses and suggest process and technology related improvements within the given area of expertise
- Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead (for less complex projects), having full accountability for high quality deliverables with minimum guidance. Bear the full accountability for all project deliverables, as well as own personally certain project deliverables related to documentation of identified process challenges, potential improvements and benefits, report out, or business cases. Conduct Quality Assurance on the deliverables developed by junior team members. Manage and coach the other members of the project team
- Analyze data and information received from Client, utilize your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations to steer clients in their transformation journey
- Under limited supervision and guidance of project manager, make convincing presentations and put forward ideas to Client. Challenge conventional views and present ideas persuasively to resolve conflict and gain buy-in
- Organize and facilitate client meetings within own business area, driving towards consensus and agreement of all stakeholders
- Actively support development of transformational assets and methods; contribute to product development in your area of expertise. Identify new product opportunities and work towards its design
- When requested, actively engage on pursuits, bids, and up-sell opportunities developing impactful content and demonstrating commercial awareness
Your profile / Qualifications
- Proven experience in finance transformation (at least 9 years) and very strong end to end process knowledge within finance (Receivables, Credit to Cash, Order to Cash) with very good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO operating models
- Experience in process design and documentation preparation
- Experience in process mapping in Visio, Business Optix, Signavio, Aris (or similar) including BPMN notation awareness
- Continuous Improvement, client value and innovation mindset with proven benefits delivered
- Ability to articulate the business case for change / implementation of recommended solution
- Experience in leading roles on project-type work with frequent client interactions (workshops, presentations, trainings)
- Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings
- Knowledge and experience in at least one ERP: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle
- Very good understanding and/or implementation experience of Receivables, Credit to Cash, Order to Cash technologies (Blackline, High Radius, Sarala SaaS Platforms, RPA, Intelligent Automation solutions)
- Fluent spoken and written English

- Transition and other type of project work experience with exposure to Client
- Hands on experience with S4H environment & S4H implementation programs
- Process and technology maturity assessment experience
- Project management certification
- Any relevant expertise domain certification (e.g., CIMA, CPA, ACCA, CIPS, CPSM, CSCP)
