ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW: - Lead the transformation of the Order to Cash (O2C) process, ensuring seamless integration and optimization across all relevant departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance cash flow, reduce cycle times, and improve overall process efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and design innovative solutions that align with organizational goals
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and implement continuous improvements
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies throughout the transformation process
WYMAGANIA: - Proven experience in leading large-scale O2C transformation projects
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including billing, collections, and cash application
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, or other financial management software
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean are highly desirable
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
