• Serve as the single point of contact to embed standard processes for O2C in the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing solutions for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support team members to enhance operational challenges and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate across organizational and geographical boundaries to maintain or improve service levels.
• Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and drive positive change.
• Maximize O2C dedicated technology and understand the interplay with SAP cloud.
• Focus on minimizing manual intervention and benchmark metrics against external comparators.
• Manage an O2C analyst.

Wymagania

• 5+ years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) in a global corporate environment
• Strong experience with SAP, ideally SAP S4HANA / SAP cloud
• Experienced in project delivery
• Degree level education with relevant professional qualifications
• Optional: Familiarity with Finance Systems in Sales Order to Cash (SOTC)
• Optional: Experience in both design and operational roles
• Optional: Experience in delivering and managing change
