Currently for Zoetis Financial Services based in Warsaw, we are looking for:

O2C Global Process Owner (GPO)

The O2C GPO will be responsible for process management and governance for the end-to-end O2C process area. They play a key role in driving continuous improvement and standardization across the O2C function from a process, people, and technology perspective.

Responsibilities:

Process:

  1. Develop and refine the vision and strategy components for the designated end-to-end process area.
  2. Identify improvement opportunities to enhance service levels and reduce support burden.
  3. Collaborate closely with the O2C Operations team to implement process improvements.
  4. Champion process standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency, and alignment across global O2C functions.

Technology governance and continuous improvement:

  1. Recommend solutions to better exploit the capabilities of existing systems.
  2. Enforce global template and design standards.

Stakeholder engagement and communications:

  1. Consistently promote integration of best practices and leading trends.
  2. Coordinate and engage with key stakeholder groups across the SSC, Global and Local/BU functional teams.
  3. Support change management and communication efforts for critical transformation projects.

Policies and Procedures:

  1. Drive a consistent approach for procedure development and maintenance across global locations.
  2. Drive the development and updates of global training materials.

KPIs and Metrics:

  1. Define, implement, and monitor metrics to identify improvement opportunities, service gaps, and key trends.

Requirements:

  1. Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of management and leadership experience, including SSC/GBS environment.
  3. Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes.
  4. Experience working with global stakeholders.
  5. Comprehensive experience with ERP and an affinity to support the development and harmonization of supporting IT tools/environments; experience with other payables/disbursement modules are a plus.
  6. Process improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma) or project management expertise preferred.
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  8. CPA/LEAN/Six Sigma or other professional certification preferred.
  9. Proficiency in English, good command of Polish will be an asset.
  10. Ability to drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
  11. Proven ability to work in a team environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills around accounting analytics and processes.
  12. Demonstrated interpersonal skills, customer management skills, analytical, change management, and communication skills.
  13. Strong managerial skills (people and workflow).
  14. Experience with SAP essential.
