As an integral part of Capgemini’s Global Business Services O2C Team and our Change Adoption Practice, you will be supporting our Global Clients in the end-to-end O2C Business Transformation & Transition journey. Our Transition Managers will focus on transition project execution but also client advisory in the transition area. The role will focus on working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth project execution from a transition perspective but also close cooperation with our Change Managers to ensure adoption of new ways of working. Primary responsibilities will also include building transition strategy, roadmap and applying that to projects.
