Our Shared Service Center in Wrocław has existed since August 2014 and brings together accountants working for 16 European markets. There are already 300 of us, but we are still growing and expanding our scope of operations.

Responsibilities

• Journal Entries posting and validating
• Identifying and solving payments discrepancies
• Dunning letters processing/dunning runs executing
• Customer invoicing manual processing
• Receivables Sub‑Ledger period end process reporting
• Effectively handling customer inquiries
• Identifying and managing potential disputes
• Cooperating with Retain Organization in terms of proper accounting process delivery and execution

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of English
• 1+ years of experience working in financial and accounting SSC environment
• Excellent knowledge of accounts receivable process
• SAP system knowledge nice to have
• Microsoft Office knowledge (esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organization, problem solving & attention to details skills
• Collaborative attitude with approach of solution finding
• Team player, goal oriented, flexible
• Analytical skills
• University degree in economics / finance with major in Accounting as preferred educational background
