O2C Accountant (Dispute Management) with Czech

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve financial disputes with internal teams, clients, or vendors,
  • Investigate discrepancies and support reconciliation efforts,
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities related to disputed transactions,
  • Prepare and review journal entries for disputed items,
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g. AP, AR) to resolve issues promptly.

Our requirements

  • Fluent in English and Czech,
  • Experience in dispute management, accounting, or similar roles,
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems,
  • Ability to maintain good relationships with stakeholders,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Experience with process improvements or automation is a plus.
