We are looking for a dedicated and proactive NPI Support Engineer to join our team in Katowice. You will be involved in the product development process from concept to production, ensuring that new products meet our high standards for quality and manufacturability. NPI Support Engineer

• Assisting in the planning and execution of NPI projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of new products,
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain, to support product development and launch processes,
• Creating technical RFQs (Request for Quotation) and coordinating the quote gathering process from suppliers,
• Supporting the development of prototypes and ensuring that all technical specifications and quality requirements are met,
• Identifying and resolving technical issues during the product development phase, proposing and implementing improvements as needed,
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal procedures throughout the NPI process.

• Bachelors degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field,
• Proven experience in New Product Development or NPI support, ideally within the electronics or related industries,
• Technical expertise in categories such as stamping (busbars), plastics, and flexible printed circuits (FPC),
• Fluency in English and Polish is required,
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions,
• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams,
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as molding, stamping, plating, and PCB assembly is a plus,
• Experience with BMS (Battery Management Systems) or similarly complex products would be highly advantageous,
• Eligibility to work in Poland.
