We are looking for a highly motivated NPI Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Katowice. NPI Supervisor

• Leading cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of NPI projects, ensuring smooth transitions from concept to full-scale production,
• Collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure product designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards,
• Conducting new product development from sourcing and achieving successful launch,
• Create technical RFQ and process quote gathering,
• Promoting PBM (Principle Based Management) culture in the long run.

• Proven experience in New Products Development Sourcing or Engineering,
• Procurement expertise in categories: stamping (busbars), plastics, FPC (flexible printed circuit),
• Fluency in English and Polish is required.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels within the organization as well as deliver oral presentations on moderately complex subject matter,
• Demonstrated experience driving cross functional collaboration across business units and geographies,
• Experience of new product development or sourcing on BMS (Battery Management System) or similarly complex product is a big plus,
• Good supplier networking that enables quickly identifying and on-boarding external capabilities,
• Process knowledge and costing awareness, of molding, stamping, plating, machining, PCB and assy etc.
• Eligibility to work in Poland.
