Role Overview

As a Product Engineer with an Electrical Engineering background, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating medium voltage cable tests, optimizing processes, and ensuring product quality and compliance. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will help deliver reliable and innovative cable solutions that meet stringent industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the Medium Voltage Cable Test Process
  • Implement solutions to increase process efficiency and drive continuous improvement
  • Create, update, and supervise technical documentation, including work instructions, checklists, and user manuals
  • Provide technical support and collaborate closely with customers and internal departments
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external product standards and safety regulations
  • Participate actively in cost savings, quality improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Follow and execute instructions from superiors with a proactive attitude
  • Prioritize health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

  • Higher education degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; experience specifically in voltage testing processes
  • Valid SEP qualifications (electrical safety certification)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Experience with harnessing cable harnesses
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations
  • Proficient in English (minimum B1 level), documented
  • Independent and consistent in managing projects and initiatives
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and knowledge‑sharing abilities
  • Ability to maintain a broad perspective while paying attention to detail
  • High personal culture and business maturity
  • Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills
  • Meticulousness, accuracy, responsibility, and commitment
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Management and Six Sigma tools
