Our client, an international player within the online entertainment and iGaming industry, is growing its Sales department and seeking to hire self-driven individuals to join their Sales team in Poland.

Responsibilities :

• To proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.
• Making daily outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying the company products.
• Promoting the site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering.
• Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood.
• Working with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support.

Requirements :

• An energetic passion for customer service and sales.
• A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting the company’s sites, products, and promotions.
• A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.
• Able to communicate at bilingual or native level of Norwegian and fluent in English.
• An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.
• Availability to work on shifts.
• Target-oriented and driven by achieving goals.
