The job

You’ll be the Specialist in and part of the Risk & Anti Money Laundering (AML) assessment team in MS Operations in Onboarding & AML. Youll be responsible for securing a smooth onboarding when a merchant starts up a new business. The Onboarding & AML team performs this service with high quality and efficiency and customer-driven attitude.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Take part in internal product meetings in Norwegian and English
  • Service handling customer card applications in a professional, positive, and effective way
  • Solving administrative tasks according to offered services and business procedures
  • Risk assessment, AML assessment, and ensuring KYC
  • Control and handle ODD (Ongoing Due Diligence) and other relevant AML tasks
  • Customer Service and ensure high quality in the solution for all customer segments LAKA, Partner, SME DK/NO customers
  • To advise and service customers
  • To provide excellent communication and know-how to explain complicated matters.

Your qualifications

You speak and write Norwegian fluently (minimum C1) and you are fluent in English (B2).

Experience handling customer applications and administrative tasks in a professional, positive, effective way.

  • Experience in communicating and explaining the ‘why’ behind and having the ability to think analytically and detect risks.
  • Previous experience with Payment products/card services or KYC/AML/Compliance is a plus.

You have basic computer handling skills.

You are result-oriented, service-minded, self-driven, and flexible.

Youre a fast learner with excellent communication skills and relationship-building skills.
