Your Role

  • Handle inbound enquiries from Swedish / Danish / Norwegian‑speaking customers via phone, chat and email.
  • Manage bookings, returns, subscriptions, account issues and general service queries.
  • Deliver premium‑level service: friendly, accurate, timely.
  • Work in a shift schedule covering evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Collaborate with international teams and help enhance the customer‑journey experience.

Your Profile

  • Native/near‑native Swedish or Danish or Norwegian + good English.
  • Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and managing multitask workflows.
  • Valid EU work permit (role based in Poland).
  • Previous customer‑service or BPO experience is a plus.
