Your Role
- Handle inbound enquiries from Swedish / Danish / Norwegian‑speaking customers via phone, chat and email.
- Manage bookings, returns, subscriptions, account issues and general service queries.
- Deliver premium‑level service: friendly, accurate, timely.
- Work in a shift schedule covering evenings and weekends as needed.
- Collaborate with international teams and help enhance the customer‑journey experience.
Your Profile
- Native/near‑native Swedish or Danish or Norwegian + good English.
- Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and managing multitask workflows.
- Valid EU work permit (role based in Poland).
- Previous customer‑service or BPO experience is a plus.
