Job title: Senior IT Analyst

We are looking for an IT Analyst to join the Deposits Domain within Bank’s Group Technology. The Deposits Domain is a maintenance organization for personal banking customers’ accounts and deposits in N-core (based on Temenos Transact), currently catering for approximately 6.5 million accounts in the N-core ledger. You will join a team of experienced and skilled Product Owners and Analysts who drive the business and technical requirements specifications and work closely with the implementation team(s) to execute software development according to the SAFe Agile practices.

As an IT Analyst you will play a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing systems and applying data modelling to support clear and effective solutions.

Purpose of the job

Drive the requirements process in Technology. Manage your own part of the initiatives with many stakeholders, ensuring strong focus on scalability, robustness and non‑functional requirements in the target state. Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and provide both technical and business insight for software development, decision proposals and studies.

Accountabilities

• Clarify, document and communicate functional and non‑functional requirements, and drive your part of change initiatives with multiple stakeholders to enable sustainable solutions aligned with the target state.
• Strengthen the robustness and quality of applications supporting the business area to ensure a reliable, scalable, and up‑to‑date production environment.
• Deliver according to scope, Bank’s standards, quality and timelines to meet business needs.
• Keep track of latest developments and best practices within your field to maintain professional growth.
• Facilitate agile collaboration across business, IT, and external partners to enable successful deliveries that enhance business performance.
• Provide guidance, facilitation, coaching, and review, to maximize customer value within your area.
• Contribute to implementing solutions that innovate, simplify, and modernize the application portfolio.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of complex system architecture and its communication methods

Nice‑to‑have Knowledge and Experience

• Experience working in a Nordic bank
• Knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem
