We seek experienced developers, technical experts, and skilled educators to serve as part‑time Instructors. You will lead live sessions, workshops, and webinars for professional developers and business audiences, providing personalized support and collaborating on content development.

What You Will Do
As an Instructor, you will play a central role in our students’ educational journey across various formats and engagement levels.
Facilitate Live Learning Experiences
- Lead engaging live sessions, workshops, and webinars focused on AI‑assisted programming, automation workflows, soft skills development, or business transformation.
- Host regular Q&A sessions where students can ask walk‑in questions and get real‑time guidance.
- Facilitate kick‑off and graduation sessions that bookend the learning experience.
Provide Personalized Support
- Mentor students during 1‑on‑1 video calls, addressing their specific questions and challenges.
- Provide deeper explanations of complex concepts, tools, and skills.
- Guide learners through practical projects—from building AI‑powered workflows to applying transformation frameworks in real business contexts.
- Support students as they navigate assignments and apply new knowledge to their professional work.
- Offer asynchronous support through course chat channels.
Collaborate on Content Development
- Work closely with instructional designers to create or refine course structure aligned with program goals and learner needs.
- Co‑define learning objectives for each module.
- Develop or enhance lesson content, guides, session outlines, and assessment tasks (including texts, examples, and screencasts).
- Participate in content refinement iterations based on feedback from the instructional design team and students.
- Contribute to the design of final projects that reflect real‑world professional challenges.
- Ensure all materials are accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with industry standards.
- (Optionally) appear as a speaker in learning videos.
Ensure Pedagogical Quality
- Adapt delivery style and materials to meet diverse learner needs.
- Share feedback on student progress and content effectiveness with the course team.
- Maintain pedagogical consistency while bringing your unique professional expertise to the learning experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of practical experience in AI automation and workflow design (AI Automation roles).
- 3+ years in digital‑focused roles such as EdTech, L&D, Instructional Design, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Product Management (Soft Skills/Management roles).
- 5+ years in strategy, organizational development, change management, HR, or consulting (Business Transformation roles).
Technical & Domain Expertise
- Practical experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate).
- Experience with AI platforms and APIs (ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Claude, Llama, Copilot).
- Familiarity with productivity and visualization tools (Miro, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace).
- Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath or similar).
- Solid understanding of AI integration principles (APIs, webhooks, data handling, model outputs).
- Experience applying automation in real business environments (operations, marketing, analytics, or product functions).
Soft Skills/Management Expertise
- Experience conducting training on soft skills, leadership, and managerial competencies.
Teaching & Facilitation Skills
- Proven experience conducting online training sessions, workshops, or webinars.
- Excellent communication skills—ability to explain complex or technical concepts in clear, accessible language to non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to facilitate engaging, interactive virtual sessions.
- Comfortable working with prepared materials while adapting delivery to student needs.
- Ability to improvise and independently prepare supplementary session materials when necessary.
Language Requirements
- English proficiency: B2 or higher (spoken and written).
- For specific roles: Fluent conversational proficiency in Spanish.
Technology & AI Literacy
- Comfortable utilizing AI‑driven tools (LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline routine and creative tasks.
- For AI‑focused roles: Knowledge of legal, ethical, and compliance considerations in AI and automation (data privacy, governance, responsible use).
- For Business Transformation roles: Genuine interest in AI adoption and its impact on people, processes, and culture.
Time Commitment & Availability
- Availability to dedicate 10-15 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
- Willingness to occasionally work weekends.
- Ability to work within European or Latin American time zones (varies by role).
- Interest in long‑term, project‑based cooperation.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Understanding of motivational design principles in education.
- Coaching skills or certification in coaching techniques (ICF, EMCC, etc.).
- For Business Transformation roles: Certifications in strategy, change management, HR, or leadership (Prosci, PMI, CIPD, INSEAD, IMD, etc.).
- Experience working with diverse, international student populations.
