Responsibilities

• Designing and developing microservices and integrate them in complex production environments.
• Automate deployment processes using CI/CD tools and monitor application performance.
• Analyze and improve application performance to ensure optimal scalability and responsiveness.
• Make key technical decisions and define the technology strategy.
• Be responsible for the architecture of projects, monitor development, and ensure high-quality implementation.
• Support the team in solving technical issues and optimizing existing solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders and product teams to align technological solutions with business requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Node.js/Backend Developer.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and NodeJS/NestJS .
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Fluency in Polish and advanced level of English (B2/C1)

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with GraphQL .
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
