Network Monitoring: Continuously monitor network performance using tools such as Zabbix or similar platforms to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Incident Management: Respond to network incidents promptly, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes or escalations as needed.
Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to improve efficiency in network operations, leveraging APIs for seamless integration with existing tools and platforms.
Configuration Management: Perform configuration, management, and optimization of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
System Integration: Ensure the integration of monitoring tools with other IT systems to provide unified visibility and reporting.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of network configurations, incidents, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and operations teams to support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to network improvements.

Technical Expertise:
oStrong knowledge of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
oExperience with firewalls, load balancers, and proxy servers.
oFamiliarity with SD-WAN and cloud networking concepts.
Automation Skills:
oProficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automating tasks.
oExperience with APIs and their integration into workflows and monitoring tools.
oKnowledge of automation frameworks and tools such as Ansible is a plus.
