What You’ll Do

• Respond to network alerts, outages, and performance issues
• Monitor security tools and investigate threats
• Troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs
• Document incidents and assist in remediation
• Stay ahead of emerging threats and attacker tactics

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing & switching
• Experience with security tools (EDR, IDS/IPS, SIEMs)
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS frameworks
• Analytical mindset & excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

• Security certs (CompTIA Security+, CEH, CySA+, GCIA/GCIH)
