In this role you will:

• Design conversational flows for voice and chatbots (structure, dialogues, response options, UX logic).
• Analyze real conversations and continuously improve scripts.
• Use no-code platforms (n8n preferred, plus Make, Zapier, or similar) to configure integrations based on technical analysis.
• Build dictionaries, patterns, and variations of dialogues for different audiences and communication channels.
• Run experiments: A/B testing, logic adjustments, creative hypotheses to improve conversion.
• Collaborate closely with technical analysts and the product team.

We’re looking for a person who has:

• Experience creating dialogues, scripts, or interactive content in any field: UX writing, game design, quests, call centers, technical documentation, e-learning, etc.
• Strong command of Polish and English (sufficient to design and adapt dialogue flows). Additional languages are a plus.
• Basic understanding of integrations and APIs; familiarity with JSON, HTTP, and Webhooks is welcome.
• Hands‑on experience with no‑code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.).
• Creativity and a problem‑solving mindset — ability to find unconventional solutions.
• Strong logical and structural thinking.

Some nice‑to‑have skills:

• Experience designing voice/chatbot scenarios.
• Familiarity with NLP models, patterns, and entities.
• Understanding of behavioral psychology in communication.
• Experience working in multicultural projects.
