Your responsibilities

• Manage, operate, and maintain an isolated cloud service portfolio in a highly regulated environment
• Design and implement a secure future integration of isolated cloud environments with core enterprise platforms
• Ensure operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and secure data exchange across restricted cloud zones
• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and configuration of cloud services
• Plan and execute service changes, improvements, and optimizations
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with security, networking, and architecture teams to ensure compliance with governance and security standards

• Proven experience in software management and scripting
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, and SharePoint
• Practical experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix environments
• Automation and device management expertise
• Experience in CAPA execution within regulated environments
• Strong documentation skills and experience with service transition and migration
