The role is responsible for designing and implementing a secure future integration of the isolated environment with core enterprise platforms. The project focuses on ensuring operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and secure data exchange across restricted cloud zones while maintaining strict security and governance standards.

• Manage, operate, and maintain an isolated cloud service portfolio in a highly regulated environment
• Design and implement a secure future integration of isolated cloud environments with core enterprise platforms
• Ensure operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and secure data exchange across restricted cloud zones
• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and configuration of cloud services
• Plan and execute service changes, improvements, and optimizations
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with security, networking, and architecture teams to ensure compliance with governance and security standards
