Position: AI Practice Principal/Data Scientist with focus on agentic voice engineering:

• Rate: up to 44EUR/h (B2B)
• 100% remote
• Working hours: CET

• Project industry: Mobility

Scope:

• Setup of Voice Bot in Cognigy AI.
• Voice natural language based IVR implementation.
• Voice automated flow for identification / verification of customer.
• Voice Deflection to self service based on pre-existing messaging flows for:
• Cancel reservation,
• Change reservation + rental,
• Lost + found,
• Roadside assistance,
• Create new reservation.
• Voice automated answers based on pre-existing messaging flows for:
• Way finding,
• Questions on general terms on conditions.
• Identification of GDPR cases and information on gdpr email address.
• Rollout to all corporate countries.

Must-have:

• Around 5 years of experience in similar role.
• Experience with Cognigy AI/Genesys.
• Problem Solving: Can translate larger fuzzier problems into tractable pieces and troubleshoot entire product issues.
• Solutioning: Handles large E2E cross-cutting problems, arrives at multiple solutions, and picks the sustainable one.
• Coding: Creates common reusable components, identifies issues across codebase, and ensures comprehensive testing; deep knowledge in ML/AI strategies.
• Design: Designs end-to-end services, engages in long-term design thinking, and models very complex data problems independently.
• Architecture: Drives decision-making for tech stack and architectural components, evangelizes platform building.
• Delivery: Independently plans complex projects, owns stakeholder communication, and ensures E2E delivery.

,[Design, develop, and implement agentic voice bot solutions using the Cognigy AI platform., Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define voice interaction flows and user experiences., Optimize voice recognition by selection of best-in-class models e.g. from Azure Cognitive Services or other suppliers., Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the voice bot meets performance standards., Monitor and analyze user interactions to identify areas for improvement and enhancement., Simplify interaction flows through the implementation of Conversational AI including the implementation of success metrics e.g. automated contacts., Enable steering of interactions (Genesys / Cognigy) and proper reporting (bot vs. inhouse vs. external partners)., Collaborate with other teams within Tech and Business departments to align voice flows and systems requirements with organizational needs and consider NFRs and best practices.
