• We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to support a mission-critical authentication path on SAP BTP. The project involves SAP XSUAA, which handles OAuth2/OIDC authentication (token issuance/validation, roles/scopes). Our platform experiences very high daily authentication/API traffic with strong peak loads. Any slowdown can directly impact login and authorization functionality. The primary goal is to ensure system stability, performance, and reliability under high load conditions.
• Allocation: Prefer full-time; strong part-time proposals considered.
• Location: 100% remote.

• Harden and optimize NGINX/NGINX Plus for high-load environments (rate limiting, caching, performance tuning).
• Troubleshoot and resolve recurring 502/504 errors and service outages.
• Implement robust monitoring and alerting solutions (Dynatrace experience is a plus).
• Collaborate with the team to maintain security and compliance standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment and operational processes.

• Deep expertise with NGINX/NGINX Plus in production environments.
• Proven experience with high-load troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work under NDA and comply with security/onboarding requirements.
