Job Description:

• Support business processes by providing IT standard solutions and initiating as well as supporting software development projects in the area of Production.
• Understand business processes and needs, isolate key issues, and review possible IT solutions and developments as part of complex IT analysis. Develop and validate IT concepts.
• Provide qualified consulting to our Business Partners regarding strategy-compliant implementation and usage of provided IT solutions. Initiate and support IT software development and rollout projects.
• Interface with business owners and developers to document and translate business requirements into functional requirements and system specifications.
• Collaborate with IT development teams at different locations and regions to ensure global requirements engineering for our strategic products and support the creation of the IT Strategy for Production applications.
• Participate in IT innovation projects, investigating new developments for beneficial usage within ZF.
• Cover the entire strategic software portfolio, being responsible for one dedicated strategic system and the related requirements engineering globally. Deliver requirements as input for the development strategy roadmap of the dedicated solution.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support enterprise and global initiatives, such as the RP transformation and Digital Manufacturing Platform implementation.

Your profile:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in IT analysis, business process analysis, and project management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems and platforms, particularly in the context of ERP transformations and digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent proficiency in English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify key issues and propose effective solutions tailored to manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and classic approaches, specifically applied to manufacturing projects.
