Job Description:

• Support business processes by providing IT standard solutions and initiating as well as supporting software development projects in the area of Production.
• Understands business processes as well as needs, isolates key issues and reviews possible IT solutions and developments as part of complex IT analysis. Development and validation of IT concepts.
• Qualified consulting of our Business-Partners regarding strategy compliant implementation as well as usage of provided IT solutions. Initiating and supporting of IT software development and rollout projects.
• Interfaces with business owners and developers to document and translate business requirements into functional requirements as well as system specifications.
• Collaboration with IT development teams at different locations and regions in order to ensure global requirements engineering for our strategic products as well as support to create the IT Strategy for Production applications.
• Collaboration in IT innovation projects with the challenge to investigate new developments regarding the beneficial usage within ZF.
• Besides covering the entire strategic software portfolio, a Senior Solution Analyst is responsible for one dedicated strategic system and the related requirements engineering globally. Delivering the requirements as an input for the development strategy roadmap of the dedicated solution.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support enterprise and global initiatives, such as the RP transformation and Digital Manufacturing Platform implementation.

Your Profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in IT analysis, business process analysis, and project management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems and platforms, particularly in the context of ERP transformations and digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent proficiency in English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify key issues and propose effective solutions tailored to manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and classic approaches, with specific application to manufacturing projects.
