About the Team

You will be part of the global rollout team for the new SAP S/4 HANA ERP template and implement it in a cross-functional and international team in ZF’s production plants and national companies. In addition, you can participate with the team in improvements to existing processes and actively help refining them.

What you can look forward to as SAP Digital Transformation Agent Supply Chain Management EMEA (m/f/d)

1. Driving the implementation of all project related design activities within a region (Americas, EMEA, Asia-Pacific) with specific regional or local requirements.
2. Identifying gaps between existing functionalities of the ZF ERP Template and requirements of a specific ZF site and creating ideas how to close them.
3. Providing input to the Process Management Organization and the SAP Build and Configuration team regarding deviations from standard processes.
4. Offering alternative solutions to plant’s requirements within ERP-template’s process toolbox or organizationally.
5. Establishing a target-oriented (sub-)process controlling and continuous process improvement.
6. Training Key-Users at the ZF site.
7. Conducting test preparation and execution with the Key-Users at the site.
8. Guiding Key-Users in data cleansing, mapping, enriching and validation tasks.
9. Ensuring proper business execution after GoLive of SAP ERP template.
10. Acting as primary contact for Key-Users regarding project related questions.
11. Career opportunity with more focus on process expertise Develop standardized SAP processes including x-functional alignment in capabilities, such as Inbound logistics, eWM, TM, Production Logistics, Outbound logistics (requirement clarification, design specification, documentation, testing, creation of training material).

Your profile as SAP Digital Transformation Agent Supply Chain Management EMEA (m/f/d)

1. Extensive process experience in automotive or industrial business.
2. Extensive functional SAP experience incl. the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules (preferred SAP-modules MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM).
3. Solid experience in large SAP programs and projects.
4. Knowledge of specific regional, legal or local process requirements.
5. Able to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach.
6. Empathic and culturally open to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries.
7. Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals.
8. Willingness to travel to different ZF sites within the region and worldwide.
9. Fluent English language skills.
