About the Team

The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP.

What you can look forward to as Digital Transformation Agent Accounting EMEA

• Driving the implementation of all project related design activities within a region (Americas, EMEA, Asia-Pacific) with specific legal or local requirements in the area of Accounting
• Identifying gaps between existing Accounting functionalities of the ZF ERP Template and requirements of a specific ZF site and creating ideas how to close them
• Providing input to the Process Management Organization and the SAP Build and Configuration team regarding deviations from standard processes
• Taking on the role of a Process Expert in Accounting (Define & adjust standard Process for the ERP-Template)
• Taking on the role of a sub-project manager for the relevant process domain in order to actively ensure the defined (sub)project goals
• Training Key-Users at the ZF site
• Conducting test preparation and execution with the Key-Users at the site
• Guiding Key-Users in data cleansing, mapping, enriching and validation tasks
• Ensuring proper business execution after GoLive of SAP ERP template
• Acting as primary contact for Key-Users regarding project related questions

Your Profile as Digital Transformation Agent Accounting EMEA

• Extensive process definition and implementation experience in the area of Accounting, including cross-functional aspects of processes
• Good functional SAP experience in Accounting incl. the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules
• Solid experience in large SAP programs and projects
• Knowledge in SAP data objects and data structures
• Knowledge of specific, legal or local Accounting process requirements
• Able to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach
• Empathic and cultural, open to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries
• Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals
• Willingness to travel to different ZF sites within the region and worldwide
