Ryanair Sun (BUZZ) is currently recruiting for a Newskies Helpdesk Agent to join their team.
The successful candidates will be energetic and committed, able to work on their own initiative while also being an integral part of our team.
The Role
The role of a Newskies agent is to assist finance, ground operation, airports, call centres etc to ensure smooth running of the Ryanair operations. Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to and providing feedback to airports/ground ops/training etc. This is a permanent position based in our Warsaw office.
The team work on a shift pattern of 4 days on/4 days off. The shift times are 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am.
requirements-expected :
Previous Airline/Airport/Ground Handling experience would be a distinct advantage
Fluency in spoken and written English (2nd European language would be an advantage)
Must have flexible approach and ability to remain diplomatic and tactful whilst working under pressure
Show a natural ability in problem solving.
Proactive approach to dealing with errors/complaints
Possess a high level of interpersonal and written skills
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
Knowledge of Newskies /Operations /SkySpeed/ GoNow (would be an advantage)

Newskies Helpdesk provides telephone & email & chat support for all Ryanair European Airports and Call Centres
Liaise with Ground Operations / Training Department pertaining to Airport issues.
Monitoring delays and issuing Refreshment Vouchers
Notify passengers of delays, cancellations, diversions via the new travel assistant (DOT) and email
Creating and editing pre-departure comms to be sent out to customers
General administration duties ex. refunds, managing users’ accesses.
