• fluent spoken and written English and Polish
• willingness to learn and travel within Europe (about 30% of time during introduction period)

Your tasks

• developing, adapting and reformulating recipes
• driving the transition from laboratory to factory, ensuring recipe and process robustness atscale
• planning and managing NPD projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensuredelivery on time and within budget
• translating Research &Innovation (R&I) briefs into concrete recipe and product developments
• identifying and implementing opportunities to optimize recipes or processes
• adapting recipes to local legislation, customer specifications and local market preferences
• conducting technical assessments, product testing and supplier interactions
• proactively scouting culinary trends, emerging ingredients and technology innovations
• actively contributing to building team expertise through open collaboration, mutual support andknowledge exchange
