What we expect

• higher education in food technology or related fields
• min. 2 years of experience in a similar position in food industry
• fluent spoken and written English and Polish
• willingness to learn and travel within Europe (about 30 % of time during probation period)
• driving license (cat.B)
• experience in working with cross-functional, international teams
• strong interpersonal skills

Your tasks

• improving existing products, developing new ones, and responding to current market needs by modifying existing products
• analyzing competitor products
• supervising production during the launch of new or modified recipes
• conducting inspections, performing technical research, and organizing internal sensory evaluations of products
• developing project plans and monitoring them
• coordinating the implementation of assigned proposals according to agreed deliverables, plans, and budgets, or supporting project execution in your expert role
• training and fostering the development of employees to enhance their competencies, skills, and product knowledge
