New Product Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage New Product Implementation team (~5-10 people)
• Professionally manage each project to meet or exceed external and internal customer expectations
• Proactive management style and able to meet deadlines
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Participate in tender process – design, submission and review
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Coordinate project plan and project activities including daily and weekly project meetings
• Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
• Be responsible for the successful completion of all tasks through the project team – including those relating to technical, financial and communication tasks
• Understand and document detailed business requirements and translate business needs into technical internal data
• Deliver excellent reports internally on delivery status, key performance indicators, etc in a consistent, timely and accurate manner
• Identify process improvements and drive improvement initiatives
• Provide expertise and advice to ensure projects reflect consistency with operations and other business areas

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of practical knowledge in the area of project management
• Experience in team management
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands‑on experience preferably in printing industry
• Excellent command of English (min.C1) and Polish
• Proactive approach and goal‑oriented mindset, problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take the lead
• Able to multitask and work managing multiple projects at the same time
