New Product Development Manager

Responsibilities
Manage New Product Implementation team (~5-10 people)
Professionally manage each project to meet or exceed external and internal customer expectations
Proactive management style and able to meet deadlines
Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Participate in tender process – design, submission and review
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Coordinate project plan and project activities including daily and weekly project meetings
Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
Be responsible for the successful completion of all tasks through the project team – including those relating to technical, financial and communication tasks
Understand and document detailed business requirements and translate business needs into technical internal data
Deliver excellent reports internally on delivery status, key performance indicators, etc in a consistent, timely and accurate manner
Identify process improvements and drive improvement initiatives
Provide expertise and advice to ensure projects reflect consistency with operations and other business areas
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of practical knowledge in the area of project management
Experience in team management
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands‑on experience preferably in printing industry
Excellent command of English (min.C1) and Polish
Proactive approach and goal‑oriented mindset, problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills
Ability to work independently and take the lead
Able to multitask and work managing multiple projects at the same time
