We are doubling down on external sales channels and  we're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a New Channels Manager.  You will play a pivotal role in developing Displate’s distribution model. You will be also responsible for identifying and cultivating new opportunities for growth. If you are passionate about building relationships, optimizing sales channels, and contributing to the success of a rapidly growing brand, we want to hear from you!

What will you do?

• Business ownership - take P&L and growth responsibility for Displate’s sales on Amazon.
• Strategic planning - develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for this channel.
• Sales - take responsibility for generating traffic and optimizing conversion. Develop and implement strategy for ADS and cost optimization.
• Market analysis - identify and address high-potential markets and verticals.
• Team - shape up the team responsible for Amazon and manage the team's day-to-day work.
• Collaboration and Communication - work closely with stakeholders and departments related to our Amazon sales.
• Take leadership of growth-related projects.

Want to try yourself in Displate?

General expectations:

• Proven track record of scaling sales on Amazon. A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic marketing and growth on Amazon.
• Experience with growing long-tail businesses, selling across multiple different verticals.
• Experience with building and managing growth-oriented teams.
• Excellent understanding of Amazon advertising platforms and marketing tools. Deep knowledge of effective traffic management.
• Analytical skills. Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in brand management.
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including the executive leadership team. Fluency in English.
• Besides Amazon, experience with US sales channels would be a plus.
