✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role with direct revenue responsibility in IT or cybersecurity solutions
✔ Strong track record in new business development with proven, quantifiable sales achievements
✔ Experience in selling IT/cybersecurity services with a history of successfully acquiring new Clients, supported by concrete examples
✔ Ability to present documented sales results and revenue growth
✔ Experience in international markets, preferably the Nordics
✔ Knowledge of the public and defense sectors will be a strong advantage
✔ Willingness to travel for Client meetings and industry events
✔ Fluency in English (additional languages will be an asset)
✔ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
