We’re looking for someone who can combine strategic vision with the ability to build strong relationships and turn ideas into action. As a New Business & Strategic Partnerships Manager (CEE market), you will play a key role in developing new partnerships and implementing strategies that have a real impact on driving the growth of our dynamic packages product.   • Identifying and executing high-value, complex partnership deals.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies and partnership growth plans.
  • Analyzing market trends to uncover new business opportunities and developing market entry/growth tactics.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Monitoring performance, reporting results, and recommending optimization actions.
  • Negotiating partnership terms and preparing proposals for partners.
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to maximize partnership impact.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in new business development or strategic partnerships or B2B2C, with a proven track record of driving sales results in the e-commerce sector.
  • Experience in strategy development and implementation.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) is essential. Fluency in Polish or another major CEE language (e.g., Czech, Hungarian) is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
  • Availability for business trips (approx. 3 days per month).
