Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities:
- Proactively research and identify potential new partners and clients within existing or new business verticals.
- Build and manage your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management.
- Present compelling commercial proposals to potential partners.
- Attend face-to-face meetings and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, finance) to ensure seamless integration and alignment with partners.
- Negotiate and close deals to secure new business partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners:
- Proactively engage with partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Present the partners with the latest product development updates and identify the implementation strategy.
- Become a trusted advisor and advocate for partners within the company.
- Analyze partner performance data and identify areas for improvement:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to maximize revenue generation from existing partnerships.
- Host periodic face-to-face or onsite meetings with partners to analyze progress and identify areas of opportunity.
- Analyze performance and drive partners’ growth and success:
- Identify opportunities for maximizing revenue with upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Execute strategic initiatives to increase revenue generation from existing partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape:
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in account management or business development roles (preferably in affiliate marketing, performance-based advertising, e-commerce, or finance).
- An entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable in a complex selling environment with the ability to communicate with decision-makers at many levels.
- Strong understanding of partnership management and revenue optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven approach with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management and organization skills to balance customer engagement, deal closing, and CRM administration.
