Location: This role can be based in Wroclaw, Warsaw or Barcelona.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities:
  • Proactively research and identify potential new partners and clients within existing or new business verticals.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management.
  • Present compelling commercial proposals to potential partners.
  • Attend face-to-face meetings and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, finance) to ensure seamless integration and alignment with partners.
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure new business partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners:
  • Proactively engage with partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Present the partners with the latest product development updates and identify the implementation strategy.
  • Become a trusted advisor and advocate for partners within the company.
  • Analyze partner performance data and identify areas for improvement:
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to maximize revenue generation from existing partnerships.
  • Host periodic face-to-face or onsite meetings with partners to analyze progress and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Analyze performance and drive partners’ growth and success:
  • Identify opportunities for maximizing revenue with upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Execute strategic initiatives to increase revenue generation from existing partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape:
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in account management or business development roles (preferably in affiliate marketing, performance-based advertising, e-commerce, or finance).
  • An entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable in a complex selling environment with the ability to communicate with decision-makers at many levels.
  • Strong understanding of partnership management and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven approach with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective time management and organization skills to balance customer engagement, deal closing, and CRM administration.
