Location: Warsaw (Hybrid work model) Remuneration: 24 000 - 26 000 net VAT monthly on B2B Type of employment: B2B contract or CoE Project language: Polish and English Your responsibilities Implement, modernize, and configure LAN/WAN network systems, drawing on at least 5 years of hands-on experience. Lead the day-to-day work of network engineers, based on a minimum of 2 years of operational team leadership experience. Delegate tasks in a clear and accountable way to ensure smooth and efficient team operations. Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN network infrastructure. Apply your expertise in Fortinet solutions (including FortiNAC), Aruba solutions (including ClearPass), and Cisco technologies. Use your in-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN architectures, networking protocols, and network security principles. Design and implement network security solutions Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and resilience. Continuously develop your skills by participating in trainings, conferences, and professional courses. Share knowledge by delivering internal and external technical trainings. Our requirements At least 5 years of experience in implementing, modernizing, or configuring LAN/WAN network systems. Minimum 2 years of experience in the operational management of network engineers. Strong interpersonal skills — this role involves close collaboration with the team and regular contact with clients. Solid knowledge of Fortinet (including FortiNAC), as well as Aruba and Cisco solutions, confirmed by vendor certifications. High level of professionalism, personal culture, and commitment Ability to work independently and take ownership. Strong time-management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Polish and English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Optional Knowledge of VMware (NSX) and Software-Defined Networking (SDN). Certifications in Palo Alto, Check Point, or Stormshield technologies.
