We are building a Network Team, that will support the construction of the Network Center at the customer office in Gdańsk. As part of the team, you will work stationary in the clients office 5 days per week.

responsibilities :
Managing day-to-day operations of the Network Team (20 people)
Providing a service for customer
Organizing, coordinating, and monitoring tasks with day-to-day operations in Network Area
Being responsible for the high quality and timeliness of tasks delivered by both teams
Building and maintaining good relations within the teams, as well as ongoing support and motivation of all team members
Onboarding new joiners, as well as ongoing competency development of all teammates
Being responsible for continuous service improvements and optimization
Cooperating with internal and external customers, as well as responding to escalations
Collaborating with stakeholders within the company as a part of multiple projects, changes, and improvements
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Very good spoken and written English, minimum level C1+
Solid knowledge of ITIL processes
Experience with systems and solutions supporting the Networking area
Ability to properly organize own work and to fulfill tasks of different character and priority
Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage relations with teammates, customers, and other stakeholders
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Accountability, self-reliance, and ability to work in a fast-changing environment
Positive and can-do attitude
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
