For our client, one of the largest Polish IT companies, which has been implementing modern technologies since 1988 we are looking for Network Systems Administrator (IT Expert).
This company is dynamically developing, building a Capital Group and participating in the computerization of key economic sectors as well as government and local government administration. With its headquarters in Gliwice and branches in major cities in Poland, it employs over 1200 specialists with high professional and managerial qualifications. The company offers a variety of solutions, including business task and process automation, mass memory emulation, tunnel operator simulators, and business process management systems.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with new trends and solutions in networking and the ability to present them to clients and sales representatives
- Several years of experience in a network engineer position, preferably at a senior level
- Knowledge of communication protocols, especially routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS technology
- Solid knowledge of network security supported by professional-level certifications
- Experience with network monitoring, diagnostic, and analysis tools such as SolarWinds
- Experience with network operating systems such as JUNOS and Cisco IOS, supported by relevant certifications
- Experience with networks based on NOKIA solutions (particularly NFM-P) is a plus
- Strong organizational, leadership, and managerial skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation
- Ability to make quick decisions when working independently
- Valid drivers license (Category B) for troubleshooting purposes

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing LAN, WLAN, and WAN network systems
- Identifying and implementing improvements in network capacity, performance, and scalability
- Maintaining technical documentation and mentoring the team on technical matters
- Identifying and resolving issues related to network systems
- Collaborating with network architects to design and deploy functional networks
- Installing and configuring network hardware
- Creating and implementing network security elements
- Mentoring junior members of the network team
- Handling escalated network issues (second and third line support)
